Social Service Insurance

During the Pahlavi era, significant efforts were made to establish and expand social insurance and healthcare services in Iran. In 1953, the first official steps towards social insurance were taken with the creation of the Social Insurance Organization, which provided healthcare and support services to industrial workers and their families.
